PAYMENT METHODS

Cancellations of fully paid event ticket bookings are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the event, you will receive an online voucher within 7 days of the timely written cancellation request in the amount of the booking amount in order to participate in an event at a later date.

This voucher is valid for 5 years.

Paper vouchers purchased on site cannot be redeemed online! These are only valid on site.
