Notes on ticket booking
- Due to the increase in booking enquiries and the challenges during the current pandemic situation, we have optimised our booking system. This enables us to process your bookings more efficiently and smoothly. We are convinced that these improvements will make your booking experience even more enjoyable.
- In order to guarantee you better planning and reliability, we have decided that bookings will only be confirmed after payment has been made. We appreciate your understanding for this measure and will be happy to answer any further questions you may have. We look forward to your booking and to welcoming you soon.
Cancellations of fully paid event ticket bookings are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the event. You will receive an online voucher for the booking amount within 7 days of the timely written cancellation request in order to participate in an event at a later date. This voucher is valid for 5 years.
- We are pleased to offer you our high-quality paper vouchers, which you can purchase on site in our Grunder guest house. To make it easier for you to redeem them, we would like to point out that unfortunately these vouchers cannot currently be used online and are only valid at our reception in the Grunder Gästehaus. However, we do offer you the option of converting your paper voucher into an online voucher code on request, which you can use from the comfort of your own home.
